Start with a basic consultation which allows you to walk through your home and discuss with us ideas to maximise your home’s potential in the market. These can range from minimising home contents, furniture placement to renovation work….

The next step you can choose in your consultation will provide you with a room by room written report highlighting the ideas discussed to present your home. The report gives you a basis to work from when preparing your home. You can do as little or as much as you wish giving you a check list you can tick off as you go.

The third step available provides you with a more in depth report including photos of all rooms, estimated costing of make over tasks, suggested suppliers in your local area and floor plans of any furniture placements discussed.
- Your final step, should you choose is an open house presentation visit prior to promotional photos being taken, If needed and for an additional cost we can come prior to your first open house to present the home ready.
